Principal Harpist with the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong Michelle has performed with Sir Thomas Allen and appeared under the baton of famous conductors including Anthony Ingles.
She received her training under Kathryn Case Holms of the Florida Orchestra and Alice Chalifoux of the famed Cleveland Institute of Music and Cleveland Orchestra. She was one of six invited members of the Cleveland Institute of Music Harp Ensemble that performed extensively in Ohio USA. She received her degree from St. Petersburg College in Florida and is a holder of ATCL and LTCL from Trinity College.
In addition to her performances in Hong Kong Michelle teaches harp at HKAPA and HKBU as well as in her own studio. Overseas, she often conducts masterclasses in harp performance at the invitation of colleagues. Most recently Michelle has been placed in charge of a rare archival collection of harp works and is working in music publishing and editing for publications.
